Our Story
Our story is simple. One evening, three fellas found themselves seated at a table discussing all things life. In the midst, they discovered they shared the same passion for exotic cigars. The three forged an unbreakable bond that would soon evolve into something bigger than they could have imagined. Over time, they would take these conversations to various settings around town that cater to cigar enthusiasts. However, they were in search of a more exclusive and personal cigar experience. What they could not find, they created. And as a result, they birthed 3 Stogies Mobile Cigar Lounge.

Jerry Webb
Jerry Webb is a native of North Carolina, and currently resides in Maryland. He’s a proud alumni of North Carolina A&T “Aggies” where he studied Information Technology and he also holds an MBA Project Management. Mr. Webb is a dedicated member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. Jerry loves spending time with his family, engaging in all things sports, traveling, connecting with new people, and enjoying premium cigars.
Elmer Duffy
Elmer Duffy was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Elmer’s southern charm goes beyond his love of cigars. He’s a family man at heart and a connoisseur by trade. He’s an Army vet and embraces the comradery. Beyond cigars and whiskey tastings, Elmer enjoys exploring ideas for the brand and creating a legacy for his family.
Kenny Tapp
Kenneth “Kenny” Tapp was born in Baltimore, but planted his feet during his career in the Navy in various places across the world. He’s always had a profound interest in fine wines and good food and recently found his calling as a cigar connoisseur a few years ago. He has a passion for entertaining, hospitality and creating a “soulful” atmosphere with just about anything. In his spare time, Kenny enjoys spending time with his family, exploring upscale lounges and restaurants, traveling, sports, and of course, smoking cigars!
